Product availability: Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable. We encourage you to return to our website to purchase the product later. You can also let us know your email address on the product page, and we will contact you when the product is back in stock.

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In application of your statutory right of withdrawal, you may return an order by:
- notifying us of your withdrawal within a maximum of 14 business days from the receipt of you order,

- returning the concerned products within a maximum of 14 business days from your notification of withdrawal, in their original condition, unsealed nor used for reasons of hygiene.

Personalised products cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCESS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.ilmskincare.com, you may return it within maximum 60 days of the notification of your right of withdrawal and we will provide the merchandise refund in the original form of payment within a maximum of 14 business days from the receipt of your return, subject that the products are in a good condition (i.e. in their original condition, not unsealed, opened or used, and not personalised). 


If you want to benefit from a free return, please kindly follow the below steps within 60 days from your purchase to return your iLM Skincare item(s):

  • 1. Make an online return request by emailing customer@ilmskincare.com with your original order number and we will send you your shipping label and documents to enclose in the return package.
  • 2. Once you receive the return information, print the return form and put it in your parcel.
  • 3. Place the Products you wish to return in their original packaging when possible, or otherwise other suitable packaging and ensure that the parcel is correctly sealed.
  • 6. Stick the prepaid return label on the parcel and ensure that no previous delivery label is still visible.
  • 7. Leave the parcel at your Post Office.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

We have no maximum purchase limit.


PRICES & PAYMENT

Prices and payment in pounds sterling only

Prices of the products displayed on the Site include V.A.T, according to the V.A.T applicable in the country of delivery.

Payment must be made on the Site immediately at the time of placing the order, in pounds sterling and by the methods of payment available on the website. Any other method of payment shall not be accepted.

The amount of the order will be debited upon expedition of the order.

Payment methods accepted: bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Paypal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Clearpay, Shop.

'Working day' means Monday through Friday, except bank or public holidays.

Standard Delivery is free for all orders. If the order is placed after the relevant cut-off time as communicated, it will be processed the following business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDERS

After your order is placed, you will be emailed a receipt confirmation. As soon as your package is assigned a tracking number, you can track the delivery status from your customer account.
